Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  2. You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We recommend that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@quicksdesign.com so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-Returnable Items) Under EU Law

  1. Perishable Goods

    • Products that can spoil or decay quickly, such as food, flowers, and plants. These items are excluded because they lose their value quickly and may not be suitable for resale after being returned.
  2. Customized or Personalized Products

    • Made-to-order products, such as custom-built furniture, engravings, or any items that are personalized based on consumer specifications. These are excluded from the right of return, as they cannot easily be resold to another customer.
  3. Sealed Goods Which Are Not Suitable for Return Due to Health Protection or Hygiene Reasons

    • This includes personal hygiene products, cosmetics, toiletries, beauty products, and intimate apparel (such as underwear or swimwear). If the seal has been broken after delivery, the item is considered non-returnable.
    • Earbuds or headphones, if the packaging seal has been broken, are also often excluded.
  4. Audio or Video Recordings and Computer Software

    • If the seal on a CD, DVD, software, or downloadable product has been broken, these items become non-returnable. However, if the product is defective, a consumer may still have rights to a repair or replacement.
  5. Digital Content or Downloads

    • If the digital content or software is provided immediately after purchase (e.g., downloadable movies, music, eBooks, or software), and the consumer has explicitly agreed to waive their right to cancel, these products are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.
  6. Items that Are Mixed with Other Products

    • Items that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (such as paints or other consumables) are non-returnable once opened or used.
  7. Gift Cards

    • Gift cards or other similar prepaid vouchers are generally non-returnable. Since they are a form of currency, they cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
  8. Sealed Audio and Video Recordings

    • Similar to CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, and video tapes. If the seal is broken, these items are generally considered non-returnable under EU law.
  9. Items Bought in a Sale or Discounted Price

    • Although this isn't a blanket rule, items sold at a discount (e.g., "clearance sales" or "final sale") may be exempt from the right of withdrawal in some circumstances. However, this is subject to national laws and terms of sale, so businesses should confirm their return policy in these cases.
  10. Contractual Services (If Fully Performed)

    • If a service has been fully performed (for example, digital content streaming services, event tickets, or services such as installation or cleaning), the right to return may be waived, provided the service was completed with the consumer’s consent.
  11. Alcoholic Beverages

    • Alcoholic beverages, if they are delivered in a sealed bottle or container and the seal is broken, are typically excluded from returns due to their nature.
  12. Bespoke or Made-to-Measure Products

    • Any products specifically made according to the consumer's instructions or measurements (such as tailored clothing or special order items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

Important Considerations

  • The right of withdrawal generally does not apply if the item has been used or opened, as these can no longer be resold.
  • Consumer’s right to information: Consumers must be informed about any non-returnable goods at the time of purchase. If they are not notified of these exceptions, they may still be entitled to a return.
  • Businesses should clearly communicate their return policy and any exceptions in their terms and conditions, as well as during the ordering process, to avoid misunderstandings and legal disputes.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return the item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, if your order is being shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. This right applies to all non-exempt products and does not require a reason.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
